ന്യൂഡൽഹി:പഹൽഗാം ഭീകരാക്രമണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ പുതിയ വഴിത്തിരിവ്. ഭീകരർ ആക്രമണത്തിനിടെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച ഗോപ്രോ ക്യാമറ ചൈനയിൽ നിന്നാണ് വിതരണം ചെയ്തതെന്ന് ദേശീയ അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസിയായ എൻഐഎ (NIA) കണ്ടെത്തി. ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ചൈനീസ് അധികൃതരുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടാൻ അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിന് ജമ്മുവിലെ എൻഐഎ കോടതി അനുമതി നൽകി.
പഹൽഗാം ആക്രമണം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന എൻഐഎ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ജനറൽ സന്ദീപ് ചൗധരി സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയാണ് കോടതി അംഗീകരിച്ചത്. ഭാരതീയ നാഗരിക് സുരക്ഷാ സംഹിത (BNSS) 112-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമാണ് വിദേശ അധികൃതരിൽ നിന്ന് വിവരങ്ങൾ തേടാനുള്ള നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കുക.
അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ഭീകരർ GoPro Hero 12 Black ക്യാമറ ഉപയോഗിച്ചതായി കണ്ടെത്തി. ക്യാമറ ആരാണ് വാങ്ങിയതെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്താൻ എൻഐഎ നെതർലാൻഡ്സിലുള്ള ഗോപ്രോ കമ്പനിയെ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നു. അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ക്യാമറ 2020 ജനുവരി 30-ന് ആക്ടിവേറ്റ് ചെയ്തതാണെന്നും, അത് ചൈനയിലെ ഡോങ്ഗ്വാനിലുള്ള AE Group International Limited എന്ന കമ്പനിയാണ് വിതരണം ചെയ്തതെന്നും ഗോപ്രോ അധികൃതർ അറിയിച്ചു.
എന്നാൽ ക്യാമറയുടെ അന്തിമ വാങ്ങുന്നയാളുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ കമ്പനിക്ക് ലഭ്യമല്ല. അതിനാൽ ക്യാമറ ആരാണ് വാങ്ങിയതെന്നും അത് ഭീകരരുടെ കൈകളിലെത്തിയത് എങ്ങനെയെന്നുമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്താനാണ് എൻഐഎ ചൈനീസ് അധികൃതരോട് സഹായം തേടുന്നത്.
ഇന്ത്യയും ചൈനയും തമ്മിൽ ഇത്തരം കേസുകളിൽ നേരിട്ട് വിവരങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാനുള്ള കരാർ നിലവിൽ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര കുറ്റകൃത്യങ്ങൾ തടയാനുള്ള ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭയുടെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരമായിരിക്കും വിവരങ്ങൾ തേടുക.
2025 ഏപ്രിൽ 22-നാണ് ലഷ്കർ-ഇ-ത്വയ്ബ ഭീകരർ പഹൽഗാമിലെ ബൈസരൻ വാലിയിൽ വിനോദസഞ്ചാരികളെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി ആക്രമണം നടത്തിയത്. ആക്രമണത്തിൽ 25 വിനോദസഞ്ചാരികളും ഒരു നാട്ടുകാരനും കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
